What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you send us.

To keep the form free of spam we also process your IP address and, where it is switched on, a verification check from Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to read and reply to your message, and to protect the form from abuse. We will not add you to a mailing list or sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who processes it for us

Messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Spam checks are handled by Cloudflare. These providers act on our behalf and may process data outside South Africa, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any relationship that follows, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is used. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
